Donor Development
Unlike a lot of telephone agencies, we specialise in the development of existing donors. Our campaigns will allow you to communicate directly with your supporters, find out what prompted them to support your organisation, and motivate them to stay enthused about your work.
Upgrade campaigns
We'll develop your existing regular givers by updating them on the progress of your organisation and asking for an increase in the value of their current gift. These calls can be made to face-to-face or door-to-door donors, payroll givers and other committed givers.
Conversion campaigns
These calls give you the opportunity to convert new or current cash givers to committed giving. You can also call payroll givers or standing order donors to convert them to direct debit.
