They are passionate and professional people, which you’ll see as you get to know them. Their commitment to your cause will help you to get the best possible response from your donors.
The nature of the job being what it is, fundraising tends to attract a diverse range of people. We've got actors, artists, musicians, mature students, retired teachers and career fundraisers.
You name an activity and there'll be someone in the phoneroom who specialises in it. In fact, we actively strive for a broad mix of fundraisers with different interests, ages and backgrounds.
Every one of our fundraisers is professionally trained and we make sure they have all of the support they need to excel in their role.
These factors all contribute to an outstanding retention rate amongst our fundraising staff, which is something we are particularly proud of.
